10 - Olive oil, for cooking

→ Optional Toppings

11 - 4 burger buns
12 - Lettuce, tomato slices, or extra cheese (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, finely chopped spinach, shredded white cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until all ingredients are evenly combined.
02 - Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty. Ensure the patties are evenly sized for consistent cooking.
03 - Heat a skillet over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil. Add the patties to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Avoid pressing down on the patties to retain moisture.
04 - Transfer the cooked patties to a plate and let them rest for a few minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
05 - Toast the burger buns if desired. Place a patty on each bun and add your favorite toppings such as lettuce, tomato slices, or extra cheese. Serve immediately while hot.

# Notes:

01 - For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs and buns or serve the patties in lettuce wraps.
02 - These burgers can be grilled instead of pan-fried for added smoky flavor.
