Cheesy Turkey Bacon Melt (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sandwich Base

01 - 4 slices sourdough bread
02 - 2 tablespoons honey mustard
03 - 2 slices white cheddar cheese
04 - 4 slices deli turkey

→ Fresh Toppings

05 - 1 medium red tomato, thinly sliced
06 - ½ cup fresh baby spinach
07 - 4 strips cooked bacon

→ For Cooking

08 - 2 tablespoons butter, softened

# Instructions:

01 - Lay out 4 sourdough slices and spread honey mustard on each. Cut cheese slices in half to make 4 portions.
02 - On two bread slices, layer cheese, turkey, tomato slices, and fresh spinach.
03 - On other two slices, layer cheese and bacon. Close sandwiches with bacon side down.
04 - Spread softened butter on the outside of each sandwich.
05 - Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.

01 - Use freshly sliced cheese from a block or deli counter for better taste and texture
02 - Can be made dairy-free using dairy-free cheese and butter substitutes
