Fruit-Filled Squares (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust and Topping

01 - 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar
03 - Pinch of salt
04 - 3/4 cup chilled butter, cubed

→ Filling

05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 1 cup granulated sugar
07 - 1/2 cup sour cream
08 - 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
09 - Pinch of salt
10 - 3 cups fresh diced strawberries

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 7x11-inch glass baking dish.
02 - Blend flour, sugar, salt, and butter until crumbly. Reserve 3/4 cup for topping, press rest into dish. Bake 15 minutes.
03 - Whisk eggs, add sugar, sour cream, flour, and salt until smooth. Stir in strawberries.
04 - Spoon filling over crust, sprinkle reserved crumbs on top.
05 - Bake 45-55 minutes until golden and set. Cool 1 hour before cutting.

# Notes:

01 - Store leftovers in fridge up to 3 days.
02 - Halve recipe for a smaller batch.
03 - Cool fully for clean cuts.
