Melt the white chocolate chips over a double boiler or in the microwave. Stir in the strawberry frosting until well combined.

Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.

Remove the set filling from the pan and cut it into one-inch squares.

Melt the dark or milk chocolate in a double boiler.

Using a fork, dip each square into the melted chocolate, tapping off any excess. Place on a parchment-lined sheet pan.
