Spicy Chili Garlic Eggs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Deviled Egg Mixture

01 - 12 large eggs
02 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
03 - 1 1/2 tbsp chili garlic sauce

→ Garnish

04 - Smoked paprika
05 - Crispy fried onions

# Instructions:

01 - Place eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer, and cook for 10 minutes. Transfer eggs to an ice bath to cool and facilitate easy peeling.
02 - Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl.
03 - Mash the egg yolks with mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Adjust spice level by adding more chili garlic sauce as needed.
04 - Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture into the hollowed egg whites. Use a piping bag with a star tip for a decorative touch.
05 - Sprinkle smoked paprika over the filled eggs and top with crispy fried onions. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
