Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl until combined. Spoon about a tablespoon into the bottom of each serving cup and gently press to form a crust. Set aside.

Beat the vanilla pudding mix with cold milk according to package instructions. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture. Spoon the cheesecake filling over the crust, filling cups about three-quarters full.

Sprinkle chopped milk chocolate or chocolate chips over the cheesecake layer in each cup.

Top the chocolate layer with mini marshmallows. Toast the marshmallows using a kitchen torch or place cups under a broiler for 1-2 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.

Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to allow the layers to set. Serve cold and enjoy.
