→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 onion, sliced
04 - 1 bell pepper, sliced
05 - 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
06 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
10 - 1 tablespoon melted butter
11 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
12 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to prepare it for baking.
02 - Lightly flour your work surface, then roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle approximately 1/4 inch thick. Ensure the dough is smooth and ready for filling.
03 - Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the thinly sliced flank steak and sear for 2-3 minutes until browned and juicy.
04 - Add the sliced onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened and caramelized, stirring occasionally.
05 - Stir the salt and black pepper into the meat and vegetable mixture. Remove the skillet from heat and let the filling cool slightly.
06 - Spread the cooled filling over half the rolled-out dough. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese, then fold the dough over to cover the filling. Seal the edges by pressing firmly.
07 - Slice the filled dough into strips and carefully twist each piece into a breadstick shape.
08 - Brush the breadsticks with melted butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
09 - Place the breadsticks on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 375°F (190°C) until golden brown.

# Notes:

01 - Caramelize the onions slowly for a deeper flavor, or add garlic to the vegetables for aromatic enhancement.
