Oven Fried Feta Chili Honey (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Feta Rolls

01 - 200g feta cheese, crumbled or block
02 - 6 sheets phyllo dough
03 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano (optional)
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
07 - 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)

→ Chili Honey Drizzle

08 - 4 tablespoons honey
09 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
10 - 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Crumble the feta cheese into small pieces in a bowl. Add garlic powder and optional dried herbs if desired. Mix until evenly combined.
02 - Place one phyllo sheet on a clean surface and lightly brush with olive oil. Add a spoonful of feta mixture near one edge, then roll tightly while folding in sides to seal. Repeat with remaining phyllo sheets and feta filling.
03 - Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Arrange rolls on a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with olive oil, and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
04 - In a small saucepan over low heat, combine honey and chili flakes. Stir gently until warm and infused, then mix in lemon juice. Keep warm until serving.
05 - Remove rolls from the oven and drizzle with prepared chili honey. Serve immediately while warm and crispy.

# Notes:

01 - Serve warm rolls immediately after baking to maintain their crispy texture.
02 - For a milder flavor, reduce chili flake quantity or substitute with a milder spice.
