Jalapeño Popper Crisps (Print Version)

01 - 4 slices bacon
02 - 1 cup finely shredded Parmesan cheese
03 - 1/2 cup shredded aged cheddar cheese
04 - 1 jalapeño, sliced thinly
05 - Freshly ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC). In a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, approximately 8 minutes. Drain on a paper towel-lined plate and chop into small pieces.
02 - Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese into a small mound on a large baking sheet. Top each mound with 1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese and carefully pat the cheeses down.
03 - Top each cheese mound with a jalapeño slice. Sprinkle chopped bacon over each mound and season with freshly ground black pepper. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven until the crisps are golden and crispy, approximately 12 minutes. Allow to cool slightly on the pan before serving.
