Healthy High Protein Banana Pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Pudding

01 - 1 cup cottage cheese (low fat)
02 - ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
03 - 2 tablespoons honey
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
05 - 3 ripe bananas, sliced
06 - 2 scoops (about ½ cup) unflavored protein powder

→ Optional Toppings

07 - Vanilla wafers
08 - Additional banana slices
09 - Whipped cream
10 - Fresh mint for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Combine cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, sliced bananas, honey, protein powder, and vanilla in blender. Blend until smooth but don't over-blend.
02 - Layer vanilla wafers, banana pudding, and sliced bananas in jars. Top with whipped cream if desired.
03 - Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours before enjoying.
