Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup yogurt (vanilla ice cream or vegan yogurt work too)
02 - 1/4 cup peanut butter or allergy-friendly substitute
03 - 2 tablespoons sweetener of choice if using unsweetened yogurt
04 - 1 cup chocolate chips
05 - 2 tablespoons peanuts (optional)
06 - 2 teaspoons coconut oil (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Whip the yogurt, peanut butter, and optional sweetener until smooth. Add a handful of mini chocolate chips if desired.
02 - Drop blobs of the mixture onto a parchment-lined tray. Press a popsicle stick or small spoon into each, then smooth down. If using, sprinkle a few chopped peanuts onto each pop.
03 - Freeze the prepared bars until firm.
04 - Carefully melt the chocolate chips in the microwave or using the double boiler method. Stir in the optional oil for a smoother sauce.
05 - Dip the peanut butter frozen yogurt bars into the melted chocolate. Return them to the parchment-lined tray and freeze to set the chocolate shell.
06 - Store the bars in a covered container in the freezer for up to a month. Enjoy anytime you are craving a frozen dessert.

# Notes:

01 - You may substitute peanut butter with other nut butters or sunflower seed butter for allergy-friendly options.
02 - For a smoother chocolate coating, stir in a small amount of vegetable or coconut oil while melting chocolate.
