Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick liner. Set aside.

Combine yeast with warm water and sugar in a large bowl. Allow to proof for approximately 2-5 minutes.

Add oil, salt, egg, and flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until combined, adding a little more flour if the dough is too sticky.

Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces and shape into rolls.

Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet and allow to rise in a warm place for 5-10 minutes.

Brush the raised rolls with melted butter, then sprinkle with granulated garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Bake rolls for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.

Spread additional melted butter on top of the rolls before serving.
