# Ingredients:

01 - 1¼ cups warm water (95-105°F)
02 - ¼ cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 tablespoons instant or platinum yeast
04 - ⅓ cup canola oil
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 large egg
07 - 3½ cups all-purpose flour
08 - 4 tablespoons melted butter
09 - 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
10 - ¼ cup shredded or grated Parmesan cheese
11 - 2 teaspoons parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a non-stick liner. Set aside.
02 - Combine yeast with warm water and sugar in a large bowl. Allow to proof for approximately 2-5 minutes.
03 - Add oil, salt, egg, and flour to the yeast mixture. Mix until combined, adding a little more flour if the dough is too sticky.
04 - Divide the dough into 16 equal pieces and shape into rolls.
05 - Place rolls on the prepared baking sheet and allow to rise in a warm place for 5-10 minutes.
06 - Brush the raised rolls with melted butter, then sprinkle with granulated garlic, Parmesan cheese, and parsley.
07 - Preheat oven to 375°F.
08 - Bake rolls for 18-20 minutes until golden brown.
09 - Spread additional melted butter on top of the rolls before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For fluffier rolls, knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 minutes.
02 - Use a stand mixer for easier mixing and gluten development.
03 - Ideal yeast proofing temperature is 95-105°F.
