Add all the cheese ball ingredients to a small mixing bowl. Beat the ingredients together until smooth and fluffy. Scrape the bowl and spoon the cheese together to form a compact, flat ball.

Place the bowl of whipped cheese in the freezer for 15 minutes to firm up.

Finely chop walnuts or pecans and set aside.

Remove the chilled cheese mixture from the freezer. Coat your hands with olive oil and gently roll the cheese into a ball shape using your hands.

Roll the cheese ball in the chopped walnuts or pecans, making sure to coat all sides evenly.

Place the coated cheese ball back in the freezer for another 5 minutes to set.

Serve the cheese ball with crackers, crostini, or veggie sticks. Best when consumed within an hour of removing from the fridge.
