Fish Stick Alfredo Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pizza Base and Toppings

01 - 8 Gorton's fish sticks
02 - ⅓ cup jarred Alfredo sauce
03 - 1 ¼ cup shredded Mozzarella or pizza blend cheese
04 - 1 ready-made pizza crust
05 - Sliced tomatoes and sweet peppers (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
02 - Spread fish sticks on baking sheet and bake for approximately 10 minutes, flipping after 7-8 minutes.
03 - While the fish sticks are baking, spread Alfredo sauce over the pizza crust and top with shredded cheese, reserving approximately ¼ cup of the cheese to sprinkle on top later.
04 - Arrange the baked fish sticks around the pizza like spokes of a wheel. If adding vegetables, nestle them between the fish sticks. Sprinkle the reserved cheese on top.
05 - Bake the assembled pizza in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the crust is crisp.
06 - Slice the pizza and serve immediately. Torn fresh basil makes a nice finishing touch if available.
