# Instructions:

01 - Combine cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper using a hand mixer on medium speed. Mix for 1-2 minutes until smooth and fluffy. Fold in shredded cheddar cheese, dill pickles, and fresh dill until thoroughly combined.
02 - Lay two long strips of plastic wrap in an 'X' shape on a flat surface. Spoon the cheese mixture into the center of the plastic wrap. Bring up edges of the plastic wrap and close at the top, tightening to create a ball shape. Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours or until firm.
03 - Spread shredded cheddar, fresh dill, and lemon zest evenly on a flat surface. Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and roll it onto the toppings, ensuring an even coating. Gently press the toppings into any uncovered spots.
04 - Transfer the coated cheese ball to a serving platter. Serve with crackers.
