01 -
Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
02 -
In a double boiler, combine the white baking chips, 8 ounces of vanilla almond bark, sweetened condensed milk, and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring regularly, until melted and smooth.
03 -
Remove the mixture from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
04 -
Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and let it sit at room temperature for 4-6 hours or in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours to set.
05 -
Once set, cut the fudge into 16 equal pieces.
06 -
Melt the remaining 8 ounces of vanilla almond bark in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until almost smooth.
07 -
Add about 8 drops of green oil-based food coloring to the melted almond bark and mix well.
08 -
Transfer the green almond bark to a piping bag or zippered plastic bag. Cut a small hole at the tip.
09 -
Drizzle the green almond bark over the fudge pieces in a tree shape, starting from the top and working your way down in a zig-zag pattern.
10 -
Top each fudge piece with a yellow star sprinkle and additional holiday sprinkles, if desired.
