christmas vanilla fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups white baking chips.
02 - 16 ounces vanilla almond bark, divided.
03 - 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk.
04 - 1/8 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
06 - Green oil-based food coloring.
07 - Yellow star sprinkles.
08 - Holiday sprinkles (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a double boiler, combine the white baking chips, 8 ounces of vanilla almond bark, sweetened condensed milk, and salt. Heat over medium heat, stirring regularly, until melted and smooth.
03 - Remove the mixture from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
04 - Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and let it sit at room temperature for 4-6 hours or in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours to set.
05 - Once set, cut the fudge into 16 equal pieces.
06 - Melt the remaining 8 ounces of vanilla almond bark in the microwave, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring until almost smooth.
07 - Add about 8 drops of green oil-based food coloring to the melted almond bark and mix well.
08 - Transfer the green almond bark to a piping bag or zippered plastic bag. Cut a small hole at the tip.
09 - Drizzle the green almond bark over the fudge pieces in a tree shape, starting from the top and working your way down in a zig-zag pattern.
10 - Top each fudge piece with a yellow star sprinkle and additional holiday sprinkles, if desired.

# Notes:

01 - The fudge can be stored at room temperature for 1-2 weeks or in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks in an airtight container.
02 - Keep the fudge in an airtight container to prevent it from drying out.
