Chocolate Covered Strawberry Brownies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 brownie mix (for 8x8 inch pan)

→ Topping

02 - 1 pound strawberries, stems removed and halved

→ Chocolate Ganache

03 - 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
04 - 3/4 cup heavy cream (up to 1 cup if needed)

# Instructions:

01 - Make brownies in 8x8 inch pan according to package directions. Let cool completely.
02 - Remove stems from strawberries and cut in half lengthwise. Arrange in single layer on brownies, cut side up.
03 - Combine chocolate chips and cream in microwave-safe bowl. Heat in short intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and glossy.
04 - Pour ganache evenly over strawberries, ensuring all berries are covered.
05 - Chill in refrigerator for 20-30 minutes until ganache sets. Slice and serve within a day.

02 - Can use raspberries or blueberries instead
03 - Heat ganache gradually to prevent overheating
