Classic Chocolate Chip Banana Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1½ cups (380g) ripe mashed banana (3-4 medium bananas)
02 - ½ cup (100g) light brown sugar, packed
03 - ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
04 - ½ cup (110g) unsalted butter, melted
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - ½ cup (130g) 2% Greek yogurt or sour cream
08 - 1⅓ cups (180g) all-purpose flour
09 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
10 - ½ teaspoon salt
11 - ¾ cup (140g) mini chocolate chips, plus extra for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease and line 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
03 - Whisk melted butter and sugars until paste-like. Add mashed bananas, eggs, yogurt, and vanilla.
04 - Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture. Fold in chocolate chips.
05 - Pour into prepared pan, top with extra chocolate chips. Bake 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes until toothpick comes out with few moist crumbs.
