Cherry Cheesecake Puppy Chow (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 9 cups Chex cereal (rice or corn)
02 - 1 cup white chocolate chips
03 - ¼ cup unsalted butter

→ Coating

04 - ½ cup cherry gelatin mix
05 - ½ cup powdered sugar
06 - 1 package (3.5 oz) instant cheesecake pudding mix

→ Mix-ins

07 - 1 cup dried cherries, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Place Chex cereal in large bowl.
02 - Microwave white chocolate and butter until melted, stirring every 15-30 seconds. Mix in cherry gelatin.
03 - Pour cherry-chocolate mixture over cereal and fold until evenly coated.
04 - Mix powdered sugar and pudding mix in zip-top bag. Add coated cereal and shake until covered.
05 - Spread on parchment-lined baking sheet to cool. Stir in dried cherries once cooled.
