Biscuits and Sausage Gravy Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tube (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
02 - 1 lb breakfast sausage, crumbled
03 - 1/2 cup diced onion
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 1/2 cup milk
08 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
09 - 1 cup sausage gravy (store-bought or homemade)
10 - 2 large eggs
11 - Salt and pepper, to taste
12 - Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll out the biscuit dough to fit the pizza pan. Press the dough into the pan, covering the bottom and slightly up the sides to form a crust.
03 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the crumbled sausage until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
04 - In the same skillet, add the diced onion and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the onion softens. Sprinkle the flour over the onions and garlic, and cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly. Slowly whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens, about 2-3 minutes. Stir in the cooked sausage and season with salt and pepper.
05 - Spread the sausage gravy evenly over the biscuit dough. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the gravy. Crack the eggs on top of the pizza, spacing them out evenly.
06 - Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuit crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. The eggs should be set but still slightly runny in the center.
07 - Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - For a spicier version, use hot sausage or add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
02 - You can prepare the sausage gravy a day in advance to save time.
03 - This pizza can be served with fresh fruit or hash browns for a complete breakfast.
