Air Fryer Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 skin-on salmon fillets (4-5 ounces each).
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1 teaspoon lemon pepper (or 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and 1 teaspoon lemon zest).
04 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
06 - Nonstick cooking spray.
07 - Lemon wedges for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Lightly coat the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Place salmon skin-side down on a plate. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon pepper, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Place seasoned salmon in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don't touch. Optionally, put lemon slices under each fillet.
04 - Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for about 8 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 135°F-140°F (57°C-60°C).
05 - Remove salmon from air fryer and serve immediately with lemon wedges for squeezing.

# Notes:

01 - Preheating the air fryer is optional but can be done according to manufacturer's instructions.
02 - Salmon can be cooked skin-side up or down, according to preference.
03 - Leftover salmon can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
