White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup room temperature unsalted butter.
02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar.
04 - 2 teaspoons fresh orange zest.
05 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract.
06 - 1 large egg, room temperature.
07 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
08 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt.
10 - 3/4 cup white chocolate chips.
11 - 2 cups fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
02 - Cream butter and sugars 2-3 minutes until fluffy, then beat in egg, orange zest and vanilla.
03 - Whisk flour, baking powder and salt, then mix into butter mixture until combined.
04 - Fold in cranberries and chocolate chips, shape into 1-inch balls, place 2 inches apart on sheets.
05 - Cook 12-15 minutes until edges are golden brown.
06 - Let rest 5 minutes on baking sheet, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
