01 - 400g ladyfinger biscuits
02 - 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
03 - 300g mascarpone
04 - 130ml cold espresso
05 - Cocoa powder for coating

# Instructions:

01 - Crush the ladyfingers in a large bowl using your hands or a food processor.
02 - Add powdered sugar, mascarpone, and the espresso to the crushed ladyfingers.
03 - Mix everything thoroughly until it forms a sticky, uniform dough.
04 - Shape the mixture into small balls using your hands.
05 - Roll each ball in cocoa powder to coat completely.
06 - Chill the tiramisu balls in the fridge for 15–30 minutes to firm up slightly before serving.
