# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
02 - 1 cup onion, chopped
03 - 1/2 cup green bell pepper, ribs and seeds removed, chopped
04 - 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
05 - 1 pound ground beef, 80/20
06 - 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
07 - 3/4 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
09 - 1 1/2 (24-ounce) jars spaghetti sauce

10 - 1 tablespoon salt
11 - 16 ounces spaghetti

→ Alfredo Sauce

12 - 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
13 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
14 - 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
15 - 2 cups heavy cream
16 - 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
17 - 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a 12-inch skillet. Sauté 1 cup chopped onion and 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper until translucent. Stir in 1 tablespoon minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Add 1 pound of ground beef and cook until no longer pink. Drain excess grease. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 3/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning, and 1 1/2 jars (24-ounce each) spaghetti sauce. Mix well and set aside.
03 - Bring a large pot of water to a boil and add 1 tablespoon of salt. Cook 16 ounces of spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
04 - Melt 1/2 cup butter in a pan over low heat. Add 4 minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in 1 tablespoon flour and cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat and whisk in 2 cups heavy cream until smooth. Return pan to heat and stir in 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese. Cook gently until the cheese melts, then combine the sauce with the cooked pasta.
05 - Spread the Alfredo-coated pasta evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top with the red sauce, ensuring not to mix the layers. Sprinkle the top with 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
06 - Bake uncovered in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Let the dish cool for 10 minutes before serving.
07 - Garnish the baked spaghetti with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of dried Italian seasoning before serving.
