# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, mix minced garlic, sugar, sesame seeds, and diced green onions. Add rice vinegar, 3 teaspoons chili oil, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil.
02 - Use a spiralizer or a sharp knife to slice cucumbers thinly. Sprinkle salt onto sliced cucumbers and let sit for 8-12 minutes.
03 - Rinse the salted cucumbers with water and pat them dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture.
04 - Place cucumbers in a bowl. Pour the prepared rice vinegar marinade over the cucumbers and toss to coat evenly.
