Tater Tot with Ham Breakfast (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 30-32 ounces frozen tater tots
02 - 16 ounces diced ham
03 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese
05 - 8 large eggs
06 - 1/2 cup milk
07 - 1 cup sour cream
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
10 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
11 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
12 - 1-2 teaspoons hot sauce (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
02 - Place the tater tots, diced ham, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese into the baking dish. Toss with your hands to combine.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce if using.
04 - Pour the egg mixture over the tater tot mixture in the prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, until golden brown.
05 - Top with the remaining 1/2 cup of cheddar cheese and return to the oven for 5 more minutes until melted.
