# Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces softened cream cheese
02 - 3 diced jalapeños
03 - 1/4 cup bacon bits
04 - 2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
05 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 2 cups crushed pork rinds
08 - 2 large eggs
09 - 1 tablespoon heavy cream

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, jalapeños, Monterey Jack cheese, bacon crumbles, garlic powder, onion powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
02 - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. In one bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream until blended. Place pork rind crumbs in another bowl to use as coating.
03 - Using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop out portions of the cheese mixture and roll into balls. Dip each ball into the egg mixture, then roll in pork rind crumbs until evenly coated. Place coated cheese bites on a parchment-lined tray.
04 - Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Arrange the cheese bites in the basket without touching. Lightly spray the tops with cooking spray and air fry at 400°F for 12 minutes.
05 - Allow the cheese bites to cool in the air fryer basket for a few minutes before serving to ensure they hold their shape.
