# Instructions:

01 - Add softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Beat the mixture until smooth. Gently fold in the diced strawberries.
02 - Spread half of the prepared filling onto a tortilla. Heat 1 teaspoon of butter in a pan over medium-high heat. Place the tortilla in the pan with the cream cheese mixture facing up.
03 - Spread 1 teaspoon butter on a second tortilla and place it, buttered side up, on the cream cheese layer in the pan. Cook each side for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
04 - Combine cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle over the cooked quesadilla. Repeat steps for the second quesadilla or use a griddle to prepare them simultaneously.
05 - Remove quesadillas from heat, let sit for 2 minutes, slice, and serve with strawberry sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Allow quesadillas to cool before wrapping individually in plastic wrap or aluminum foil for storage.
02 - For long-term storage, freeze tightly wrapped quesadillas and defrost in the refrigerator before serving.
