No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 15.25 ounces strawberry cake mix
02 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

→ Coating

03 - 12 ounces pink candy wafer melts
04 - 4 ounces white almond bark (optional, for drizzle)

# Instructions:

01 - Microwave dry cake mix in 30-second intervals twice, stirring between. Cool completely.
02 - Beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in cooled cake mix until fully incorporated.
03 - Chill mixture 2 hours. Scoop 1 tablespoon portions and roll into balls.
04 - Dip balls in melted pink candy coating. Drizzle with melted white almond bark. Chill until serving.

01 - Cream cheese must be room temperature
02 - Can chill uncoated balls overnight
03 - Store in refrigerator
