Creamy Steak & Queso Rice (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 2 cups cooked white rice
02 - 1 pound steak, sliced into thin strips
03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon chili powder
06 - Salt and pepper to taste
07 - 1 cup queso cheese sauce

→ Optional Toppings

08 - ½ cup diced tomatoes
09 - ¼ cup chopped cilantro

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Season steak strips with garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and tender, 5-7 minutes.
02 - Reduce heat to low. Pour queso cheese sauce over steak and stir until coated and heated through.
03 - Add cooked rice to skillet and mix well with steak and queso sauce.
04 - Stir in diced tomatoes if desired. Serve warm, garnished with cilantro if using.
