Spinach Artichoke Ravioli Bake (Print Version)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic for 30 seconds. Add flour, cooking for 1 minute until bubbly and golden. Whisk in milk and simmer for 1 minute until thickened. Stir in spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, ⅔ cup shredded mozzarella, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Cook until cheeses are melted, about 2-3 minutes.
03 - Spread a thin layer of sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Arrange a single layer of ravioli on top, followed by half of the remaining sauce. Add another layer of ravioli, top with the remaining sauce, and sprinkle with the remaining ⅓ cup of mozzarella cheese.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes or until the top is melted and golden.
