Easy Spicy Garlic Bok Choy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound baby bok choy (or regular bok choy)
02 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
03 - 8 cloves garlic, minced
04 - ⅓ cup water

→ Spicy Sauce

05 - 1½ tablespoons chili oil or chili crisp in oil
06 - 1 tablespoon regular soy sauce
07 - ½ tablespoon Shaoxing wine
08 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
09 - ¼ teaspoon white granulated sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Cut baby bok choy in halves. Rinse in cold water until clean, shake off excess water.
02 - Combine all spicy sauce ingredients in small bowl.
03 - Heat oil in large pan over low-medium heat. Sauté minced garlic for 10 seconds until fragrant.
04 - Increase heat to medium-high. Add bok choy and water. Stir fry 2-4 minutes until softened.
05 - Pour sauce over vegetables, toss until mixed through. Remove from heat and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Can use regular bok choy, yu choy sum, or baby gai-lan
02 - Can substitute Shaoxing wine with dry sherry or chicken broth
03 - Ready in just 10 minutes
