Best Slow Cooker Queso Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 16 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
02 - 2 cans (10 oz each) diced tomatoes with green chiles, drained
03 - 1 pound ground beef
04 - 1 packet taco seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray. Brown and drain ground beef.
02 - Add taco seasoning and water according to package. Cook until liquid evaporates.
03 - Add meat, cheese, and tomatoes to slow cooker. Stir well.
04 - Cook on low 1-1½ hours until cheese melts completely. Keep on warm setting to serve.

01 - Can be made ahead and stored 2 days
02 - Can be frozen up to 6 months
03 - Don't use shredded cheese
