Easy Banana Pecan Crumble (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Topping

01 - ¼ cup light or dark brown sugar
02 - ¼ cup old fashioned oats
03 - ¼ cup flour
04 - 4 tablespoons cold butter, cubed
05 - ¾ cup pecans, toasted

→ Filling

06 - 2 tablespoons butter
07 - ½ cup light or brown sugar
08 - ¼ cup orange juice
09 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
10 - ⅛ teaspoon salt
11 - 6 medium bananas, cut into 1-inch chunks

→ Serving

12 - Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream

# Instructions:

01 - Combine brown sugar, oats, flour, and cold butter until crumbly. Mix in toasted pecans. Refrigerate.
02 - Melt butter in cast iron skillet. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Add cinnamon, salt, and orange juice. Cook until slightly thickened.
03 - Toss banana chunks in sauce until coated. Spread evenly in pan.
04 - Top with crumble mixture. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until golden brown.
05 - Cool 10 minutes before serving with ice cream or whipped cream.
