Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Peppers (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 large bell peppers (any color)
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Seafood and Cheese

03 - 1 cup cooked crab meat, flaked
04 - 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
05 - ½ cup cream cheese, softened
06 - ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

→ Seasonings

08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 2 green onions, finely chopped
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
11 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
12 - ½ teaspoon paprika
13 - ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
14 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Cut tops off peppers, remove seeds and membranes. Drizzle with olive oil and place in baking dish.
02 - Combine cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan until smooth. Fold in crab, shrimp, garlic, green onions, and seasonings.
03 - Divide seafood filling evenly among prepared peppers.
04 - Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Uncover and broil 3-5 minutes until tops are browned.
05 - Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Can use any color bell peppers
02 - Best served immediately while hot
03 - Use fresh seafood for best results
