Chop baking chocolate and place in medium bowl. Heat cream until simmering, pour over chocolate. Stir until smooth. Chill until firm, at least 2 hours.

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line muffin tins with cupcake liners.

Prepare cake mix according to box directions. Fill each liner about ½ full of batter.

Scoop 1 tablespoon balls of chilled ganache and place one in center of each cupcake batter.

Bake 20-23 minutes until toothpick inserted in side comes out clean. Cool briefly in pans.

Remove liners, turn cupcakes upside down on plates, and dust with powdered sugar. Best served warm.
