Slow Cooker Ranch Chicken Bacon Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
02 - 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch seasoning
03 - 2 (16 ounces) packages cream cheese, softened
04 - 8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
05 - ¼ cup sour cream
06 - 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
07 - 2 green onions, sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Combine chicken and ranch seasoning in slow cooker. Place cream cheese blocks on top.
02 - Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 7-8 hours until chicken shreds easily.
03 - Shred chicken. Add most of bacon, sour cream, and 1 cup cheese. Stir to combine.
04 - Top with remaining cheese, cook 15 minutes more. Garnish with reserved bacon and green onions.
