Easy Queso Blanco Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 8 ounces white American cheese, cubed
02 - 8 ounces pepper jack cheese, cubed
03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed and softened
04 - ½ cup whole milk, plus more as needed
05 - 4 ounces diced tomatoes or green chilies
06 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
07 - ¼ teaspoon chili powder
08 - ⅛ teaspoon ground cumin

# Instructions:

01 - Heat cheeses and milk in skillet over medium heat until melted. Reduce heat to low.
02 - Stir in tomatoes/chilies and seasonings. Add jalapeno liquid if desired.
03 - Thin with milk if needed or cook longer to thicken. Adjust seasonings to taste.
04 - Serve hot with tortilla chips.

01 - Can use deli sliced American cheese
02 - Optional toppings: tomatoes, pico, jalapenos, avocado, cilantro
