Portobello Mushroom Fries (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 large portobello mushroom caps.
02 - ½ cup all-purpose flour.
03 - 2 large eggs, room temperature.
04 - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs.
05 - ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder.
08 - 1 teaspoon paprika.
09 - 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
10 - ½ teaspoon black pepper.
11 - Ranch dressing for dipping.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat air fryer to 375°F. Clean mushrooms, remove stems and gills, slice into ½-inch strips.
02 - Prepare flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned breadcrumb mixture in separate bowls.
03 - Dredge mushrooms in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture.
04 - Air fry 7-9 minutes until crispy, working in batches. Or bake at 425°F for 15-20 minutes.
