Easy Ground Beef Pasta Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, diced
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ Sauce

05 - 1 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
06 - 1 (10 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
07 - ½ cup sour cream

→ Layers

08 - 2 cups pasta (elbow macaroni or rotini), cooked and drained
09 - 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
10 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
11 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Brown ground beef with onion in skillet. Drain excess grease and season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
03 - Add tomato sauce, cream of mushroom soup, and sour cream to beef mixture. Stir until combined and heated through.
04 - Layer half the pasta, half the beef mixture, and half the cheddar cheese in baking dish. Repeat layers.
05 - Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over top layer.
06 - Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
