09 - 1 lb pasta (penne or rigatoni)

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
03 - Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
04 - Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it into small pieces as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
05 - Reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese until melted and combined with the mixture.
06 - Pour in beef broth and heavy cream, stirring until the sauce is smooth and heated through.
