Mast-o Khiar (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 Persian cucumbers.
02 - 1½ cups Greek yogurt.
03 - ½ cup walnuts, roughly chopped.
04 - ¼ cup raisins, soaked.
05 - 3 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped.
06 - 1 teaspoon dried mint.
07 - 2 garlic cloves, minced.
08 - Salt and black pepper.
09 - Olive oil for drizzling.
10 - Extra nuts, herbs and rose petals for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Dice cucumbers, salt lightly and let stand 15 minutes. Drain liquid.
02 - Add yogurt, walnuts, raisins, herbs, garlic and seasonings.
03 - Taste and adjust salt and pepper.
04 - Garnish with extra nuts, herbs, rose petals and olive oil.

# Notes:

01 - Use thick yogurt for best results.
02 - Soak raisins before using.
03 - Serve as dip or side dish.
