                Preheat to 500°F. If using stone, heat it 20 minutes.

                Mix sauce ingredients if making homemade. Or use jarred sauce.

                Roll to 14-inch circle on floured surface. Let rest if too springy.

                Add sauce, chopped and whole pepperoni, cheese, and pepper.

                On stone: 12-14 minutes, rotating once. In skillet: 2 minutes on stove then 10-12 in oven.
