Pear and Gorgonzola Flatbread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 sheet puff pastry or flatbread
02 - 2 pears, finely sliced
03 - 120g Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
04 - 60ml honey
05 - 30g ground walnuts
06 - A few leaves of arugula
07 - 1 tbsp olive oil
08 - Freshly cracked black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C. If using puff pastry, roll it out on a lightly floured surface and place it on a baking tray. For flatbread, place directly on a baking sheet.
02 - Drizzle olive oil evenly over the base to enhance flavor and prevent sticking.
03 - Arrange the pear slices slightly overlapping to cover the entire base.
04 - Distribute crumbled Gorgonzola cheese over the pear slices.
05 - Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 15 minutes or until the crust is golden and crisp, and the cheese is melted.
06 - Remove from the oven, drizzle honey over the top, and add walnuts, arugula, and freshly cracked black pepper.

01 - Use a firm, ripe pear for the best texture and flavor.
02 - Chill puff pastry before rolling to make handling easier.
03 - Adjust honey quantity to balance sweetness as desired.
