# Ingredients:

01 - 1 package Oreo cookies
02 - ½ cup smooth peanut butter
03 - Chocolate for melting (milk, dark, or white)

04 - Crushed Oreos
05 - Chopped nuts
06 - Contrasting chocolate for drizzling

# Instructions:

01 - Process Oreos (with filling) in food processor until fine crumbs form, or crush in zip-top bag with rolling pin.
02 - Combine Oreo crumbs with peanut butter until mixture holds together when pressed.
03 - Scoop 1 tablespoon portions and roll into balls. Place on parchment-lined tray.
04 - Refrigerate balls for at least 30 minutes until firm.
05 - Melt chocolate in 20-second microwave intervals. Dip chilled balls in chocolate, tap off excess, and place on parchment paper.
06 - Let chocolate harden at room temperature or refrigerate. Add optional toppings before chocolate sets if desired.
