Combine Oreo crumbs with peanut butter until mixture holds together when pressed.

Scoop 1 tablespoon portions and roll into balls. Place on parchment-lined tray.

Refrigerate balls for at least 30 minutes until firm.

Melt chocolate in 20-second microwave intervals. Dip chilled balls in chocolate, tap off excess, and place on parchment paper.
