01 - Breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
02 - Pancake mix
03 - Water
04 - Shredded cheddar cheese
05 - Maple syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F.
02 - Cook breakfast sausage in a hot skillet over medium heat until no pink remains. Use a spatula to crumble it as it cooks, approximately 10 minutes. Remove and set aside.
03 - Combine pancake mix and water in a large bowl. Mix until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
04 - Add cooked sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and maple syrup to the pancake batter. Gently fold until combined.
05 - Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each compartment of a mini muffin pan.
06 - Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat until all the batter is used.
07 - Serve the bites warm with a side of maple syrup for dipping or drizzling.

01 - Ensure the sausage is fully cooked before mixing as the pancake bites bake quickly and will not provide sufficient time to cook raw meat.
