04 - 2 (4-ounce) packages Instant Oreo pudding
05 - 8-ounce tub whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip)
06 - Crushed Oreo cookies (for topping)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Prepare 1 box chocolate cake mix with ingredients specified on the packaging (eggs, oil, and water). Bake according to package directions.
03 - Once the cake is baked, allow it to cool for about 10 minutes. Use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the cake, approximately 1-inch apart.
04 - In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together 3 cups of milk and 2 (4-ounce) packages Instant Oreo pudding until most lumps are removed, leaving some Oreo pieces intact.
05 - Pour the pudding mixture over the cake, aiming to fill the holes. Spread evenly with a spoon and gently push the pudding into the holes.
06 - Place the cake in the refrigerator and allow it to cool completely, about 1 hour.
