Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, folding up the edges to contain the sauce.

In a bowl, combine the juice from two oranges, zest from one orange, soy sauce, and honey. Whisk until mixed well.

Pour a few spoonfuls of the prepared sauce onto the baking sheet. Place the salmon skin-side up on the sheet and pour the remaining sauce over it.

Bake the salmon for approximately 7 minutes, then carefully flip it so the skin side is down. Spoon some sauce over the top of the salmon.

Bake for an additional 18-20 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked. The cooking time will vary depending on the size and thickness of the fillet.
