4 Ingredient Orange Salmon (Print Version)

01 - 1 lb salmon, skin on
02 - 1 orange, zest and juice
03 - 1 additional orange, juice only
04 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
05 - 2 tablespoons honey

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, folding up the edges to contain the sauce.
02 - In a bowl, combine the juice from two oranges, zest from one orange, soy sauce, and honey. Whisk until mixed well.
03 - Pour a few spoonfuls of the prepared sauce onto the baking sheet. Place the salmon skin-side up on the sheet and pour the remaining sauce over it.
04 - Bake the salmon for approximately 7 minutes, then carefully flip it so the skin side is down. Spoon some sauce over the top of the salmon.
05 - Bake for an additional 18-20 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked. The cooking time will vary depending on the size and thickness of the fillet.
06 - Serve the baked salmon over rice or quinoa and enjoy.
