Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Roll Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake

01 - 3 cups flour
02 - 1 cup sugar
03 - 4 teaspoons baking powder
04 - 2 eggs
05 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
06 - 1½ cups milk
07 - ½ cup salted butter, melted

→ Cinnamon Filling

08 - ¾ cup salted butter, softened to room temperature
09 - 1 cup brown sugar
10 - 2 tablespoons flour
11 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

→ Glaze

12 - 2 cups powdered sugar
13 - 5 tablespoons milk
14 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, vanilla extract and milk. Mix with hand mixer. Slowly add melted butter and mix until combined.
03 - In separate bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Stir until well mixed.
04 - Spread batter in prepared dish. Drop cinnamon mixture by spoonfuls into batter. Use butter knife to create swirls throughout cake.
05 - Bake 35-40 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
06 - Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
07 - Pour glaze over warm cake. Slice and serve.
