Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, eggs, vanilla extract and milk. Mix with hand mixer. Slowly add melted butter and mix until combined.

In separate bowl, combine softened butter, brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon. Stir until well mixed.

Spread batter in prepared dish. Drop cinnamon mixture by spoonfuls into batter. Use butter knife to create swirls throughout cake.

Bake 35-40 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean.

Whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

Pour glaze over warm cake. Slice and serve.
