Process dry ingredients with butter, eggs in food processor until dough forms. Chill 30 minutes.

Freeze small scoops of Nutella on parchment paper for 20-30 minutes until firm.

Roll dough 1/8 inch thick, cut 3.5-inch circles. Place frozen Nutella in centers, top with slitted circles.

Press edges with fork, brush with egg wash.

Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes until golden. Cool and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
